`placeholder`	`Email address` if `$params['register_use_placeholders']` is `true`, `''` otherwise.	Placeholder text for the input field
`size`	`50`	Input field size.
`maxlength`	`255`	Maximum number of characters allowed for the input field.
`class`	`input_text wide_input`	CSS class applied to the input field.
