When a file is attached to a post and a user clicks to download it, the user will be directed to a downloads page.

This page will show a download template (disp = download) and the actual download will only begin after the specified number of seconds in the Download delay field.

The goal of the delay is:

• Give the user time to read some potential important warnings about using the download
• Give the user time to cancel before downloading a large file which may consume significant bandwidth
