Joe McLeanI'm using the WebHostingBuzz Reseller Pro A package and all I can say is that it's great. I've had zero downtime, rapid responses to queries and quality support. Can't recommend it enough.

BrandonI've been using WHB for over 2 years, and just ended my relationship with them. They're cheap, but that's about all they have going for them. They have extremely slow servers, lots of downtime, and horrible and disrespectful customer support.

Strongly advice going elsewhere. Just not worth it.

DennisI was with them mainly because I was solving most of my own problems most of the time, but whenever I needed support, it would take weeks before my problem was solved. I would give them 0 for customer support if I could. My server was down at least once a week for about 2-3 hours per week. The services are weak, and did I mention the customer support stunk? After 14 months I am moving on. They also DO not offer unconditional 30 day money back in most cases. There are many other web hosting companies out there that offer more for a comparable price.

SethI have a reseller account that was down for 15 days, unable to accept orders. Tickets were submitted multiples times a day; they kept saying the problem wasn't on their end. Well, after the 16th day they finally figured out it was on their end. And now, their server is down again, they are blaming it on a DDoS attach. So much for 99% up time. I would stay away from this company.

GayI switched to this host from A Small Orange after I decided I needed a bigger package. ASO had never let me down but I was looking for a bigger package at a better price.

I did not really do my research (my own fault) but I was recommended to webhostingbuzz by another forum. My first site I set up from scratch at WHB, and it was smooth, no real problems to speak of.

15 days later I moved my one site to WHB. As expected it was set up instantly. I only knew there was a problem when I could not FTP. Come to find out the server WHB assigned me to had just overloaded and they were in the process of rebuilding the raid. After about 5 hours after I transferred my site, FTP was turned back on.

About three weeks later, the same server (which hosted both my sites) overloaded again and my sites were down. Once again, they attempted to fix it and had to rebuild the raid. Two days after that happened myself and other users of my sites could not get to them, as the server kept resetting the connection.

I opened a support ticket and WHB kept saying it was MY ISP. I informed them I tried my wireless ISP and my local library and ket getting the same issue. I also informed them that multiple users were having the same issue and I was PM'd on a totally different forum asking me what the issue was.

Support requested I run a series of commands from the cmd prompt, to which I did. I copied these results and pasted them into the e-mail. The first reply back from them after I sent them the information was they did not receive it. I sent it again, to which they replied it was my ISP and all was OK on their end.

I persisted and needless to say 7 replies later all with the required info they state they NEVER received the information in my e-mails to them. They even took a screen shot for me to see. However all my e-mails to them have that info.

Dennis said it was an issue with the server's firewall. I informed support of this and they still said it was MY ISP. I decided to switch hosts and went to a different host and low and behold I do not have the server timeout issue.

I requested a PRORATED refund as I paid for 3 months in advance. I have only hosted one site for 32 days, but they refuse saying they were being proactive in trying to help. If you saw my e-mails, they were not trying to be proactive.

If you are looking for a cheap host this is the place. If you are looking for reliability THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

WHB's victimOh-oh-oh
For sure there must be other server even worse than web hosting buzz, but I do not konw them!
It is really a very bad hosting, and it is not only a matter of quality. They are liars.
Their contract have hidden things. I bought a biug plan with 1.250.000 MB and I could not use even 33 Mb. Every time I wanted to upload content they suspended my account "You cannot upload that" "you cannot use it as a starage" "You cannot upoload files to download"...
so, I they sell something that yoi cannot use.
Previoulsy I had a moodle system and never worked well on that server as it never sent notifications by mail to students of forum's post.
I really missed a lot of time dealing with the technical assistance.
If you wan a bad sever this is your choice.
