We host our site with them a business Pro account. Their uptime is good but they bitch second u have to many hits and actually use mysql to its potential. Basic sites are fine i wont recommended real biz site with them unless its on dedicated server ...

I am really sorry to see this reaction from you. As you are aware, we first contacted you about the problems your site was causing in January of 2007. We have worked with you for over a year to correct these problems, even going to the level of having a senior database engineer point out what you could correct within your MySQL queries.

I am a computer novice. My primary use of my computer has been book research and word processing. Now, the 5th Tennessee, an organization, of which I am a member, has placed the duty upon me, to build, a website. I was searching for a web hosting provider, and was introduced to your site.

I commend you for the informative nature, of your site, and I found the tutorials very helpful as they present a relatively easy approach to building a new website.

I talked, via telephone, with Jeremiah, extension 854,
a very courteous individual, who answered my questions and furnished informative suggestions.

I shall report my findings, to the board, and I am confident we, 5th Regiment Tennessee Infantry, Company E, shall conduct business with you within the coming month.

I have been looking for web hosting as I would like to start doing some Internet Marketing. My package suggests that the hosting sits has Fantastico and Cpanel in it. I can't seem to find it on your information. Can you please let me know if the $5.95 package has these features.

Yes it does have cPanel and Fantastico. It is $6.95 / month though. Not sure where you saw $5.95.
