You can set other user display related permissions for Anonymous User in this panel.

• Allow to see user list: Should anonymous users be allowed to access the user directory?
• Show only User Groups Levels: you can restrict the users that will be shown to anonymous users in the 2 options above. Only Users from the Groups falling in the specified group level range will be shown. By default the range is 0 to 10, meaning that all users would be shown.
