JustHost is a relatively new web hosting company set out to become a major player in the industry. In the US, JustHost is based in Gendale, CA. In the UK, they are located in Fareham. They also have offices Adelaide, Australia. By having started their operations once web hosting technologies were already mature, JustHost has a competitive advantage over older competitors since they can provide state of the art web hosting technology to all their clients. They do not have to deal with inefficient legacy systems.
User experience
Our test site showed excellent response times and very good uptimes.

A ping test from our offices on the Est Coast, USA gave an average of 54 ms, which is good. The ping test measures the amount of time for the packets to go from the testing monitoring location to the host tested (the lower the number, the faster - you typically want a number below 100 ms).We were able to perform 10 simultaneous FTP transfers, which makes upload very fast.

JustHost's admin interface has a few promotional items that can be disturbing at first but they do not really get in the way once you get used to their control panel.
Support
JustHost offers toll-free phone support as well as 24/7 free e-mail and live chat support in order to get you answers in a matter of minutes. They also maintain a comprehensive knowledge base with quickly and easy access to common questions and answers.
Customer satisfaction
Excellent user experience, effective support and more give Just Host great marks in terms of user satisfaction. Actually, JustHost are so sure that their customers will be satisfied that they offer an unique "Moneyback Anytime" guarantee. That means that, as a customer, you can get back your money if you are not satisfied, at any time! Not just in the first 30 to 90 days like other hosts do. This is pretty unique in the industry.

Security
JustHost is running mod_suPHP and there is strong isolation between user accounts.
SFTP is also available for Secure FTP file transfers.
Overall security is excellent.
Hosting Plans
Although JustHost offers 2 different plans on their shared servers, those include almost exactly the same features. The only difference is the number of free domains (1 for JustPlan, 3 for JustPlan Premium). They also have a dedicated server that you will not find directly on their website but that they will suggest if they see that your site would benefit from it (advised if your site is big and receives thousands of visitors daily).

I setup with Just Host after a bad experience with one of their competitors and I couldnt be happier to have done so.They offer super fast support, super fast servers, and 100% uptime guarantee.
Account activation was instant, I did have to wait for a phone verification call before I received my welcome email but this didn't delay things by much.
Just host even moved my website from my old host for me.
I would recommend Just Host to everyone if you want fast, reliable server with excellent support.
I have been with just host for 2 months now and I have received an excellent service. tech support are fast and unlike some hosts they truly offer the 24/7 support on their website across all channels. Like many hosts they offer cpanel, they have even customised theirs making it look less "rugged". I love just host and would recommend their service. 
I have had many hosts over the past 6 or 7 years. Most of which had little support or virtually none. If you want a great hosting site, you got to signup with there folks. Had some problems that I could not solve and contacted support and within a 30-40 min time, all was well and working. Cannot say enough good about these guys. Definately would recomend them. Probably the best move I made since being in business was having JustHost host my Website. I hate to think were I would be without them. Great service and I love the attention I receive each and everytime I call.

My friend recommended just host after using the website builder to build a site for his business. I sign up and I am instantly given login details to my control panel where I can build my website using there easy to use website builder. I have around 10 websites of all different kinds like ecommerce, Blogs, Joomla etc hosted with JustHost in last one and half years. All sites are running perfectly no noticeable problem or complaint. Servers are very fast and control panel is useful in maintaining all my sites. I am getting almost everything in such a low rate. 
I got much more than what I had paid for, Superfast customer service, reliable service, cheap rate, updated features all at one place. All my sites were hosted quickly their support guys made my task even simpler. 
I signed up a month ago and so far they have been wonderful. Response time for support has been great, even when you ask a really stupid question. 
All my friends told me horror stories they had about the web hosting and customer support companies. But I had totally different experience with JustHost hosting company. Their technical support is quick to answer any questions you may have. A fast, friendly response, willing to repeat things and make sure I was happy. Excellent hosting service. My site was up within few minutes. I have never seen any downtime. I've given them a rating of 10.

If you're looking for a Web-host that offer Value for Money then JustHost is definitely the host for you. They offer real 24/7 support. Their support staff replies in minutes whereas my previous providers used to take a good few hours to respond. I have even opened tickets at odd hours and still have got reply instantly. Very cheap price but brilliant features and quality service, I would recommend these to anyone.

After looking around for a VERY long time, I must confess I chose JustHost for their low prices. Needless to say I didn't have high expectations...Sure enough, I ran into a problem with them! But I was actually suprised that they always got back to me in a timely manner and always politely, directing me to the person who could resolve my isssue. And they did, they fixed the problem.
So, no they are not perfect, but well, at least they try to fix it, so that's all I need...
Fantastic site, never been down since we joined them. Very helpful support people, they will hear all your queries with patience and will guide you thoroughly till it is solved. We went from a single website to around 20 sites so far as our business grew over the last year. Control panel is very easy and very helpful in managing all our sites. All features are great, very easy to upload files and setup databases etc. recommended highly!
Quick response, problem solved swiftly. I needed a host for a Tomcat application that I had built. After initial review I choose JustHost. And all is running fine. Support is pretty good. Excellent value pricing and servers quality uptime is very good. Do check them out as the price is great so the risk is low.

i've tried a few hosts and was pleasantly surprised that online chat help was so quick on several occasions. I hear good things about other hosts but from prior experience the customer service can be a nightmare. this alone is perhaps worth the high rating. I'm not a techie but seems to offer everything I need and more. really have to dig to find anything wrong with them. 
I have been with just host for 3 months now and I have received an excellent service. This post has 12 feedbacks awaiting moderation...
