Probably the best move I made since being in business was having JustHost host my Website. I hate to think were I would be without them. Great service and I love the attention I receive each and everytime I call.

I sign up and I am instantly given login details to my control panel where I can build my website using there easy to use website builder. I have around 10 websites of all different kinds like ecommerce, Blogs, Joomla etc hosted with JustHost in last one and half years. All sites are running perfectly no noticeable problem or complaint. Servers are very fast and control panel is useful in maintaining all my sites. I am getting almost everything in such a low rate.

I got much more than what I had paid for, Superfast customer service, reliable service, cheap rate, updated features all at one place. All my sites were hosted quickly their support guys made my task even simpler.

I signed up a month ago and so far they have been wonderful. Response time for support has been great, even when you ask a really stupid question.

All my friends told me horror stories they had about the web hosting and customer support companies. But I had totally different experience with JustHost hosting company. Their technical support is quick to answer any questions you may have. A fast, friendly response, willing to repeat things and make sure I was happy. Excellent hosting service. My site was up within few minutes. I have never seen any downtime. I’ve given them a rating of 10.

After looking around for a VERY long time, I must confess I chose JustHost for their low prices. Needless to say I didn’t have high expectations…
Sure enough, I ran into a problem with them! But I was actually suprised that they always got back to me in a timely manner and always politely, directing me to the person who could resolve my isssue. And they did, they fixed the problem.
So, no they are not perfect, but well, at least they try to fix it, so that’s all I need…

Quick response, problem solved swiftly. I needed a host for a Tomcat application that I had built. After initial review I choose JustHost. And all is running fine. Support is pretty good. Excellent value pricing and servers quality uptime is very good. Do check them out as the price is great so the risk is low.

I have been with just host for 3 months now and I have received an excellent service.

They are great at initial setup, giving you access right away. But once you want to build more advanced features like mailing lists, etc. not only did they not have any clue on being able to help answer questions (it took several techs about a week to answer 1 question like ‘why didn’t my mailing list members receive the darn email I sent a week ago?") but once that question was answered which was that their system didn’t have the bandwidth to handle sending out a newsletter to a 1000 users so it didn’t get sent after 100 users received the message. Once they figured this out, they had no clue what other options were. They then gave another shitty option called Fantastico where they paint their company domain all over your newsletter to get their free advertising, they stopped the newsletter from being sent to anyone because one user contacted them directly and wanted to unsubscribe (even though the unsubscribe button was in the email, they were able to send email to Just Host directly through my newsletter which I never could see the content of because their control panel features are very limited. It is a good hosting if you want to put 2 pages and sit and wait the rest of the time but if you want to build an interactive website with mailing lists and such, you will have many obstacles. In my old hosting company (I should’ve sticked with them longer) offered mailing list setup so much easier because they say upload your users here and go send them an email without limitations, without putting their own logo secretly in my newsletter. Just host just did not meet these standards and does not need our business needs.

Just host techs took a week to answer a simple question. If you want to setup a business site with mailing lists, Just Host does not meet the needs. Their techs are very slow to respond. Their control panel is hard to navigate because the language behind configuration features is hard to understand. Just host could be good if you want to post a page or two for your pictures but I would not recommend this company for a business website.

Comparing to justhost dot com unlimitedgb dot com provided unlimited disk space,unlimited.com sub domains and free sms and every thing and i don’t have any words to explain them it is simply superb..

Have asked one simple question in regards to billing. Yesterday they responded to my comment and did not try to answer. Today when I sent another request they did not bother to respond. My other website is with Go Daddy. They answer the phone. Why did I not read other peoples comments before I put this website on just host?????

I am cutrrently with Justhost and I was looking at web hoster reviews as I am about to leave due to the difficulty of using the site. Yes it is cheap, tech support do try to help and get back to you quickly, however, the CP has to be the most user unfriendly in the world. I’ve had so much touble with it and I find it difficult to wade through their help videos and files which I find quite unclear. I guess if your site is up and you don’t need to make any changes they tick along quite nicely. However, for the less technically minded it really isnt easy to use. I’m looking for simplicity and Justhost doesn’t provide that.

I’ve had the worst experience with JushHost. I bought their service once - the price is really good. After that I spent 2 days on trying to make it work their cPannel. Several people from their support crew could not help me out. Lots of phone calls, hours spent on their chat, many emails - nothing, the cPannel didn’t work on my PC. And everytime you speak with a different person. Finally I decided to cancel the service after 2 days of NOT using it. I’ve got a refund, sure but $30 less then I paid for it. People read the fine print on their agreement! They claim money back guaranteed - well that is BS because you won’t get all the money back. Finally ordered service @ iPage. No problems so far and everything works smooth.

I have found their uptime to be poor - they don’t monitor the routers/switches for the IP route, so if that fails (and they will) then you’re site’s inaccessible. Just host are surprisingly vunerable to hacks, if you don’t alter default settings.

Weird thing is I logged a complaint about downtime and I get hacked again. Seems to be a common theme with Justhost and why I’m moving all my sites from them.

Support wise, it’s pretty poor - chat with an ‘online agent’ who in most instances is pretty dire and you still have to log it on the support mail.

I recommend people search for instances of justhost being hacked before signing up.
If I could rate them a 0 I would.

there security is crap if a website gets hacked from the server 9 times in a year there is something wrong with the host. our passwords are very strong so that is no the issue. basically if you care about having a good website don’t waste your time with these idiots. they are a horrible hoster and they should be removed from the business immediately for horrible service

WORST hosting provider i have ever dealt with. absolutely brutal technical support its shocking. i dealt with eight people to try and resolve one (1!) problem. its been two weeks now and no end in sight. decided to leave them because i dont have the time, energy or patience to deal with such incompetitence. AWFUL!

Billing and Administrative teams are mostly dishonest and liars.
They lost me my domain and i had to use a domain I’d got from another web hosting company.
I kept sending emails to them.They either ignored them or answered with lies.
When time to renew registration with them comes,
they will ask you for more than three times the amount of money you originally paid when you first registered with them
‘cause they think you’re now stuck with them.
Money-back guarantee’s a big fat lie.
I’ve left them with no hesitation whatsoever.

Took 2 months to get a domain transfer done! I had to call back for literally 2 weeks to make sure they stayed on top of it! Then they said I had to pay $14.99 for the transfer (their page says free transfers).

Of course another technical issue that came up took another week to get straightened out, and again it took daily phone calls for a week..UGGGGGH

Fantastic site, never been down since we joined them. Very helpful support people, they will hear all your queries with patience and will guide you thoroughly till it is solved. We went from a single website to around 20 sites so far as our business grew over the last year. Control panel is very easy and very helpful in managing all our sites. All features are great, very easy to upload files and setup databases etc. recommended highly!

i’ve tried a few hosts and was pleasantly surprised that online chat help was so quick on several occasions. I hear good things about other hosts but from prior experience the customer service can be a nightmare. this alone is perhaps worth the high rating. I’m not a techie but seems to offer everything I need and more. really have to dig to find anything wrong with them.

Just Host was my first-ever web host for my online business.
I read a few reviews about some other companies and thought to myself “this going to be a catastrophe” since I didn’t have as much experience then as I do now.
Anyway, Just Host has been absolutely great as a host…all support e-mails are answered quickly and they help whenever needed.
Everything is unlimited, which is awesome and you can host as many accounts as you want from your admin (I currently have 3 domains on my account).
Bottom line is this-if you want trouble-free hosting with unlimited everything then Just Host is where you need to sign up at.

I give 2 stars as their service has been good. For me, the deceptive practices are the problem. I started out with $2.99/mo rate, and then it jumped up to $9.99/mo and auto-renewed on Thanksgiving. Now that is just wrong. And while they all may do the same, its not an acceptable excuse. So I’m switching to another company. Its a pain to switch, but they leave me no choice!

I heard some bad reviews about my original domain host, so I decided to transfer my domain names to JustHost last year. I was chomping at the bit to get my website started, and I waited and waited for the transfer, which still hadnt happened after several days. So I decided to cancel the account, which was an absolute nightmare. I had to get customer service to do it, and they billed me, then credited me, then billed me again. I had to get my credit card company involved to get them to refund my money. This was over a year ago. So now I get two charges on my credit card from them, which turn out to be “additional services” that are, of course, automatically renewable unless you specifically cancel each of them individually. One of them was SiteLock “Domain Security” for $19.99, and the other was “Search Engine Jumpstart” from SEO Gear. These services are also non-refundable as soon as they are billed, of course, because they are “partners,” and thus JustHost has no control over them. Right. I was very clear last year about wanting to cancel everything, and somehow I still ended up on the hook for these services. I find Just Host’s practices to be very deceptive, and once they get your money it is very hard to get it back, so I would be very hesitant to do any business with them whatsoever.

Been with JustHost for over 5 years. Manage 3 separate accounts with 6 domains, and 10 websites. In the last 5 months, every one of the websites I manage have been hit with long term DDoS attacks of over 5 days each. In addition, each hosting account has had outages including server malfunctions, database corruptions, and direct account server login failures! I made the last complaint tonight and now am planing my moves. It’s not going to be easy but I am not about to stake my reputation on them. Seems like a long term customer would be valued but now I don’t feel obligated to recommend anything about them.

This is NOT a UK based hosting company.
The email support is a joke, if, and that’s a big IF, they reply, they do not answer your query.
The live chat is not much better, the operatives have little understanding and even worse English.
