This panel lets you configure some of the technical settings of the site.

• Reload-page timeout: defines the interval that must elapse before a hit from the same user (in a session) or from same IP/user_agent is considered new.

• Enable general cache: check to enable caching of rendered pages that are not controlled by a skin. See Blog Settings for skin output caching.
