GET|POST <baseurl>/api/v1/collections/<collname>/items?<params>

This is similar to List Posts (REST) but restricted for all Item types (not just Items with Usage Type "Post").

Used for:

• Display items list in selector of modal window to merge posts
• Display items list in selector of modal window to insert short link by Short Links / ForeverLinks / Quick Links Plugin
