The GeoIP plugin allows you to use the GeoIP database from MaxMind to determine in which country users are located in.

This tool will find and updated the registration country for all users that did not have it assigned at registration time.

After enabling the plugin, a new panel with title GeoIP will be displayed at the bottom of the Tools view.

In order to use this tool, you just need to click on the button Find Registration Country for all Users NOW! to start the process and wait for its results.
