A fully configurable registration form asks for basic information. The minimum is an email address.
Additional fields can be added, such as: First name, Last name, Birthday, Country, Language, Username, Password, etc. Each field can be optional or required.
Optionally: users may register in 1 click by using their social network profile (LinkedIn, Facebook, Gmail, etc.)
Optionally: only users with a specific invitation code may register.
Registration step 2
Once the user has entered basic details, he will receive an email to confirm the entered address belongs to him. (Unconfirmed accounts can be deleted after some delay.)
At the same time, the user is presented with a detailed profile form where he can fill out any number of Custom Fields, as defined by the Administrators (see below).
User Profile viewable & editable by user
Users can view their profile and edit their data at will.
Users can also upload one or more profile pictures.
In case Administrators enable the community directory, the profile can also be seen by other users.
Community User directory (optional)
Users may be allowed to see the directory of all other users.
User may be allowed to see profiles and send private messages to other members.
Discussion Forum (optional)
Forums can allow Users to start group discussions among themselves, in different areas of interest.
Key features for Administrators
Get notified!
Administrators may receive a vast array of real-time email notifications.
You may notably be informed whenever a new user registers, activates their account, updates their profile, or even decides to close their account.
Manage your User Base
Administrators can view, filter and search the whole user database.
A feature to identify duplicate profiles is also available.
If needed, users can be validated, assigned special groups / privileges or even tagged with any number of User Tags.
Define Custom Fields
Administrators may configure any number of custom fields.
These fields may be optional or required. Some fields can be used for administrative use only and won’t be viewable by normal users.
Send Newsletters Easily
Administrators can set up email campaigns and directly send large numbers of personalized emails, without needing to export user lists into an external mailing app.
The emails received by the Users may include Call To Action buttons. Views and button clicks can be tracked and consolidated into campaign statistics.
Automate emails & reminders
Administrators can set up automations to send emails at specific times, or depending on specific conditions. For example, an Automation can send a "Happy Birthday" email on the day of each User’s birthday. This email can be a pretext to kindly request they check and update their profile.
More complex automations can send a sequence of emails or reminders if the user has not connected or not updated his profile in X amount of time.
