Hi, Previous next arrows and close photo doesn’t work on a post or photo albums on android phones or tablets. On IOS devices no problem. I thought it was a problem on my site, but the same happens in your Demo.

Thanks for this latest version. For the first time in many new releases, I was able to auto-update my b2evo installation without any additional steps. Before this, after each upgrade I had to change the permissions manually to 755 for 17 different files (before I could even run the upgrade installer file). Now it’s completely painless, so thanks again.

In notification mail this version was qualified as “stable” but here it is “beta”
Is this version “stable” or is it “beta"?

Hi! First of all I want to say Thank You for this cool CMS!

But yesterday I install this latest beta release on my localhost environment:
XAMPP, PHP 7.3.2. Installed successfully and opt in for creating dummy contents, but on the sidebar 2 it gave me this error:

Deprecated: strstr(): Non-string needles will be interpreted as strings in the future. Use an explicit chr() call to preserve the current behavior in D:\.XAMPP\htdocs\.Web\b2e\plugins\_texturize.plugin.php on line 158

There are some bugs maybe like:
- Threaded comments did not work, although we click on “reply this comment…” but the comment still send to the bottom…

And also there are no some “system requirements check” before the installation begin, which enough to confuse me to enable the gd2 extension in php.ini when the images does not appears :D .

Overall, this is the future CMS thank you :D

Ah, it’s great that the PHP 5.2 requirement has been dropped. I dropped support for it in my theme years ago, as it just required too much code to get around PHP 5.2’s limitations.

Is there a vage plan by when you come with the next version?

If it is a matter of two or three weeks, i would wait with installing. Sorry for the question, but want avoid that i install and see next release only two days later.

Thanks

Hello,
is there also a manual update, because most of the enhancements in 6.10.3 are cryptic to me? So I hope this is not only for developers, but also for normal users.

May be a quick and dirty tutorial with showcases may be helpful, in case updating the manual (which is not up to date in many ways) is to labor-intensive.

Regards, Will

Luis, this version is compatible with PHP 5.6.

However, we always recommend upgrade to the latest version available (v6.6.6 at this moment).

Regards!
