This is a script that displays a contact form allowing to contact the owner of the b2evolution installation.
This file no longer ships with b2evolution v6+ because the same functionality is provided in a more integrated way.
However you can download this script from this page. Just change the extension from .txt to .php and place it at the root of your b2evolution installation.
Just found that important possibility to give
my clients a possibility of contacting me, even in 6.xx versions
but it seems some problem with skin ocure:
