This is a stable version of b2evolution 7.1.x.
The Minimum Requirements have changed. You need: PHP 5.6+ / 7.0+ and MySQL 5.5.3+.

In notification mail this version was qualified as “stable” but here it is “beta”
Is this version “stable” or is it “beta"?
