I’ve been very happy with this company - especially their customer support which is amazingly fast to reach and very helpful. Most of the sites I host are WordPress and they have an easy-to-use one-click installation system. They also seem to be very pro active in terms of security - which is crucial for WordPress.

Have been using IM for several months now. The tech support is good. My only issue is that the reseller accounts are a few dollars higher than most others and there are no “drag and drop” website creators for your novice DIY clients. Otherwise, I really like them.

We’ve been with Inmotion hosting for almost a year. I am not a super technical guy. Just need a stable place where my website can be hosted and email working. Recently, I needed to update the registration information on my website. I muddled around for a bit until I had to start the chat with tech support. Colton asked me what I wanted to do and just took care of it. No forms, no instructions - just took care of it. I could then focus on running my business, which was a far more profitable use of my time.

How awesome is that?

Besides the reason of that InMotion are very competitive in prices, I rally felt the customer support with them was really not like what I faced with other hosting providers.
