My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

Hi everyone, I created a database and then I uploaded the b2evolution files to my server with Smart FTP. All the files appear to be on the server now.

When I go to: http://cindyrose.com/blog/install/ the page says:
If you are trying to install, [u]click here to call the install script[/u] .

When I click, I go to: http://cindyrose.com/blog/install/index.php
and the browser just displays a blank page.

What am I doing wrong? Is this a permission problem? If so, what should the permissions be set at? What files/folders do I need to change?
