Main changes:

• Ajax moderation of comments in front office to make moderation much faster.
• An email notification is now sent to moderators when a new post is awaiting moderation. (Especially useful for forums).
• Ability to report a misbehaving/spammer user from the backoffice, similar to front office reporting.
• SEO setting to determine how many words to keep for auto generating post slugs.
• Bug fixes:
  • TinyMCE does show item.css styles again.
