Add a check for installation routine. Assume newbie forgets to change _conf.php. If user hits the $blogurl and there's no DB populated, redirect to install script with initial message what to do.

From v1.0 installation process could be browser based. I suggest to look at the invisionboard's installer for ideas. What do you think?
