These guys are the best. They provide everything, it is very easy to set up, I have problems with the e-mail server. I used host monster. Everything was great.
I love their cPanel, but a recent upgrade caused a lot of headaches for me, trashing some files and several subdomains. They did fix the cPanel for me, but the damage was done. Their 24-hour tech support line is very speedy by my standards.
host monster and their sister company blue host are simply the best.. their service via chat is just as good as it can possibly get.. love the fact that their cpanel is so simple even a newbie like me can dive rightin and if you get lost just find a video tutorial explaining it all..

What can I say. I have been with them for 3 years, But am looking for a new hosting provider because they won’t match the competitions price. I use very little bandwidth and less than 500 Mb of disk space. although they offered me a little bit off for a 3 year commitment. It is not good enough they won’t match the $3.50 to $3.95 a month that others are offering for a 3 year commitment. Maybe I will go to Bluehost which is the same company. they are advertising $3.95 a month

I’ve used hostmonster.com for about 3 years now. I’m actually jealous. $3.95 is a great rate and I just sent an email to their billing department to try and get it for myself. Plenty of options for your website, great technical support and very user friendly. I have really enjoyed their services. They’ve even helped me with uploading my files and editing HTML before. They have very good customer support and are always adding new features. I’ve seen them grow a lot over the last three years.
Almost excellent. The only “drawback” is that they do have a limit on 50000 files on the host.. But who don’t :)
I have had hosting services for years from other providers but non of them provided what Host Monster provides and their customer support is awesome! Helped me in a very short span of time, whenever I had issues!

Seems good. Only thing I didn’t like is that the
hosting fee changes from 4.95 to 5.95/mo if you sign
up for a 1 year service, and gets more expensive for
month to month etc. Other than that, they say that
their customer service is not outsourced, the control
panel is nice, & of course unlimited email accounts.

I have had 4 domains hosted by HostMonster for just over 4 years. I love their cPanel, but a recent upgrade caused a lot of headaches for me, trashing some files and several subdomains. When I called, I was 7th in line, but I was talking to a real person in under one minute. I have had very little downtime until recently. All 4 domains were down for nearly a full day with no explanation. I’m a little put off by the recent outages and cPanel problems, but I’m going to stay with them and hope this was an anomaly.

I was having trouble with a PERL script beginning at 4:00 AM. Barabara and Matt from the help desk were very knowledgeable about the systems and helpful. They were able to tweak permissions and review the script with me before we sent it to the specialized script team. This was excellent service and exceeded my expectations for 24/7 support. This was a great experience and I’m very happy I chose hostmonster to handle my hosting.

I am a Hostmonster customer. I have two sites with them. I have referred 3 other people to them. I love them.
My last hosting company always rushed me off the tech support line. I like talking to someone and knowing they are taking care of the problem.
I have called Hostmonster 2 times for some advanced changes that had to be made to the “A record” they stayed on the line with me until the problem was taken care of.
I didn’t have to go through the “level one dummies” reading a script to get to the people who could really help me, the level one tech was very knowledgeable and helped me work through the problem. When the change required a level 2 tech authorization he didn’t transfer me and make me have to tell the problem all over again, he took care of it all.
I have no complaints when it comes to host monster, they are awesome!!!!!
I switched from IPowerWeb after this last summer’s fiasco. Great help on HM and wonderful price.
I have been with Host Monster for over a year and a half! Their customer service is awesome! I am not sure what the other guy was talking about but there has never been a time when I couldn’t get a hold of them either via live chat or on the phone.
I am a Web Designer and there service has helped me out greatly! I host all my clients sites on my hosting package 20 sites some with 10k unique visits a month no problems.
Anybody who says they suck! good luck finding a host with the same features with the same price… it just wont happen.
I’ve been with them for a month or two, and they have been nothing less than great. Good support, and reliable hosting; two things they do well for a laughably low price.
If you had a selection above excellent I would select. Let me be clear, I do not give this rating easily. As a more than “computer geek” I have found Hostmonster to be one of the Internets best kept secrets. i am surprised when I tell people about them they had not heard of HOSTMONSTER. I presently handle some security and other aspects of computers and biometrics for many years, government and private sector. i have found a “live” person every time I needed to speak with someone about a problem. Not to mention they are here in America. Now I’m not against Global. I just have a preference. In addition The help is first class, not just a quick or I’m busy attitude. In addition the quality, speed, etc, etc. is the best I have seen. Period. I searched for over a year and tried at least three to four other hosting companies that were suppose to be major players. In some cases I could only communicate through the chat box or at worse e-mail. I hope others will voice their opinion that HOSTMONSTER IS THE BEST. In reference to the ill comments simply not true. Don’t have to read them I can say with reading they are not true. PERIOD. I hope more people find out about HOSTMONSTER and realize what I did, that I was with the WRONG HOSTING SITE UNTIL I SWITCHED TO HOSTMONSTER. Keep up the excellent work.
I love the features that this company has. The control panel is easy to use. I did not have any issues using this site or its features. They even have auto install programs like Web Calendar that I use and it works like a charm - there was no need for technical support. Albeit, I am an IT professional - for me, it was far easier. I called technical support once and the person I spoke to was very helpful. All companies, large or small, regardless of price are at the mercy of their employees. Let’s face it we all work with some goof offs no matter where it is you are employed. The fact is Host Monster is inexpensive and they do have great features and they do provide support when needed. Taking these facts into account provides a wonderful service to those in need of it. Thanks HostMonster!
Im have 4 sites hosted with hostmonster and had found that the service they provide is great. They helped me setup mysql database to run one of my sites and if i have any problems i just contact them through live chat. Highly recommended:D
