I noticed the time, at the exteme right of the evo-bar doesn't update. I thought it may just be my site but it's the same on this forum. It only changes when the page is updated. Is this a php thing? i.e. not a browser, local computer, javascript thing?

Just found this @ https://b2evolution.net/man/evobar

Time: this is the time the current page was generated. This is the server time corrected to your local time zone as per your b2evolution’s time settings.

So all is as designed :)
