If you create a blog with a collection with sample contents, You will see a post called, "Mongolian Beef". (There is another post called Custom Fields).
That posts has a setup for Recipes. I like it as that page is basically a template that you can use over and over.
This is great as I can use it to post events and use the same fields over and over.
I can also use it for vegetable planting dates, soil temps, days to germination, etc.
