It seems when one adds dynamic fields via the modal window that the remove link for the first item is inserted incorrectly when loaded.
On initial calls it is inserted correctly, but once the widget modal is saved and closed and then reopened the phenomenon appears.

It is only in Modal view and seems to affect only the first item.
