I am a new customer at the webhosting company InMotionhosting.
I am from Denmark and usually I chose a local webhosting.
But Itook the change choising ImHosting.
And what a good choise!
Instantly the new website is working perfect.
As I wanted to change my domain name I had a chat with the support. They help me within 10 minutes; the employee, Colton, was polite and let me now how long to wait, what was going on, so I felt very comfort.
Finally I got a goodbye in danish - which show me capacity and humor and real beings behind the monitor.

I ran into a small technical issue this morning, and contacted Technical Support by chat. I was surprised that they answered within seconds! Kenneth B. was the technician and quickly solved the issue that I was having. It is the first time I used technical support and was very pleased to see how prompt InmotionHosting is.

Allways give me a very good support, the time for response in the chat sometimes it’s a little slowly but for the rest it is so good. Very friendly and response all of my questiones.

One thing is for sure with them - Their support is absolutely amazing! Their prices could be a little lowef but it is really nice that b2evolution offers such a great discount with them.

i was with inMotion for few years, i move to iPage, iPage is the worst company when it comes to customer service and any problem with your site they charge you to fix it!
inMotion had a great customer service but when i decided to comeback, i paid in full for three yrs, i was told the migration process is free if it’s under 5gb, my sites were .95, i was ready to point my domain to their servers then they decided to charge me $40!!
they said that iPage didn’t have full cPanel, they knew that i was with iPage and what i had exactly!

Very complicated and cumbersome site builder.
Multiple passwords to manage multiple aspects of the site.
The site has reverted a couple of times to the prior version and it took a while to get them to fix it.
The templates are very hard to customize (at least the ones I used).
I’m in search of a better hosting.
