I had to say their setup time and support was excellent. I tried their control panel and it was very easy to use and fast. I signed up with them because they offer the most and was the best value around. I'm really happy with the choice I made.

Really fast and easy to sign up for a website and free domain name.

Comes with cpanel, so it was a matter of minutes to install, while being drunk...

If one wasn't familiar with cpanel, you'll just have to watch the videos and follow simple step-by-step instructions. Nothing to it.

* How fast/responsive is the website compared to your expectations?

Compares very well to more expensive, big name domain hosting companies out there. In 15 months, the hosting servers have been performing very well with low latency (or lag time). No complaints from my customers in this respect.

* Did you experience some downtime?

Can't recall any major downtimes. Maybe twice in 15 months, but lasting less than 10 minutes.

* How was your experience with tech/customer support?

Responsive and prompt. They really tried to answer my questions. I believe if there was a problem, they would have extended the same great service.

I have some ecards (php mail function) they arive very slow, maybe hours after sending, I never had this at other hosts.
The rest works fine though
