They went through some growing pains a while back as an a any successful hosting company will. Things are
running fine now, great customer service! I recommend them.
I switched to midphase/AN hosting from another host. Ever since I switched I have never had any real problems with my hosting ever again. The one time something was seriously broken their tech support bent backwards to test and fix and all that and even gave me a free month even though they fixed it super fast. Their service beats anything and everything I have ever used for hosting!
i have been with midphase for 3 years.
i have had other sites since 1992.
midphase has proven itself as superior in every catagory.
i have no plans to choose another company.
We have a test site for MidPhase that you can access to check the speed and responsiveness of their servers.
Their cpanel is a little outdated (requires way too many clicks to create a db, user and permsisions) and their custom cpanel skin doesn't change that. But on the other hand they run PHP 5 by default when most other hosts are still stuck with an outdated PHP 4. That makes midphase a premium choice in my book.
