We have been using ANHosting for a while now and I have to say, they provide the best support from all other hosting companies we have used so far. They are always extremely fast in their support, as affiliate and as a customer.
Dot5Hosting for example, are just one of the worst hosting companies. Bad customer service and BAD affiliate relations. We had more then 20 sales and they did not pay out! Dishonest people thats for sure.

i am a new customer of Anhosting.com and i would say that my emails were responded on time.
so far, so good.
Note: I also tried sending out an email as I was interested in their affiliate program - and I was also responded on time.
so as of this time, i can't say anything bad in terms of their service. I think with how they have responded to my concerns, they should be seriously considered for your hosting needs.
