The Reseller packages are simply fantastic! I have used many different hosting companies in the past and have been quickly disappointed. Host Gator has great server speeds and the customer service is phenomenal!
Every single time i connect to their live chat service, I am immediately connected to a real-time technical support representative who is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Sign up was the easiest I've experienced. I"d not used CP for about 10 years, but was quickly able to get setup and running. I also found that CP has many features not found on other panels.
I'd switched because performance of my CMS on my old server, a VPS account, had moved out of ridiculously slow to embarrassing. I was worried about moving, but the free month up front allowed me to test my site out first and it runs fine!
I've been a customer 30 days now and the one time I used customer service, I immediately connected to them and the person I chatted with was knowledgeable. I find there prices very competitive and have decided to maintain my account with them.
