Ive had a reseller account for over a year with Bluehost. In 2013, there product and service has gone to utter crap. ALL of our sites are down weekly, if not more often. Sometimes in excess of 15 min episodes. Ive submitted support tickets each time and get scripted replies saying they found the issue and it should not be happening again, only to have it happen, yep you guessed it,.. in less than one week. Sometimes in the same 24 hour period. Client websites go down, our reseller WHM goes down, email goes down. The worst part is, the Support staff has stopped responding to our ticket submissions. Once in a while they reply to one offering their (insincere) apologies, stating that they were inundated with Support contacts and just couldnt get back to everyone in a timely manner.
Hell today the parent company EIG had some sort of debacle where their own web/email/chat/phone services have been down all day! Customers in Hostmonster, Bluehost, JustHost have all had disruption in service.
We are in the process of searching out a new provider. After 6 years of loyal patronage we will never go back to them.
BlueHost Reseller limits the bandwidth resulting in very slow web page loads. Very dissapointed.
