Lunar pages are easy to register. I have no problem installing my softwares and contents. For the newbies (like me) they have a lot of tutorials that can be found in there cpanel and if you still have some questions, they have their customer support and their very responsive . I tried sending them an email about my site, it already 1 in the morning, and they still send me their reply about my question. For the past 7 months that i started using Lunar pages, i have not experience any downtime.

yes, it is easy to use. but it is very puzzle to disable my website for the high connections.

They don't process sales 7 days a week, so if you buy on Friday night... expect to wait until Monday afternoon to be setup. Secondly, I experienced downtime the first week of about 30 minutes. Then my cron jobs would suddenly stopped processing then start again hours later. Support took over 24hrs to even start to work on the cron problem, and by the time they did, it fixed itself. Until 4 days later when it did it again. It also fixed itself 8 hours later, but support still has not been able to tell me why. I am in the middle of requesting a refund and cancellation of my account as a result.
