It has been very simple to do most things. If we had any difficulties at all though live chat has been available. Host upon representative Mark walked us through anything we couldn't figure out ourselves.

Great. Tech support has been great. They have gone beyond just hosting our page. They have even helped us build our site and gave us valuable suggestions on getting it going
* Other remarks?Host Upon is wonderful. They have fulfilled our expatiations and much much more. Host upon was the easiest to sign up with. They did not make us pay a year in full. They have helped us with everything we need. Even things that had nothing to do with hosting. We started with Host Upon and will Stay with Host upon. They are not only a great hosting company but very personable as well.
