I chose HostClear for their Professional Reseller Web Hosting plan which you cannot always find on similar sites, especially in that price range. I started with 600GB of bandwidth and now I am on the unlimited for 4.95 a month. My customers are happy, I have little to no downtime and ultra fast technical support. HIghly recommended as a cheap reseller option.

I think that the way their different plans are described is not very clear. I'll be honest, I chose them for the price. See, they have 3 plans and I was wondering, ok, what is the difference? server speed? fast, faster, fastest??!!! kind of not very helpful... other than that, the number of free domains... well I didn't need any because I had already bought them somewhere else. So came down to price, I chose the cheapest one, hoping "fast" would be fast enough...and it was actually, had no problem so far...but I wish they indicated the server speed with more accuracy

I have a small personal website and I was very satisfied with how easy it was to sign-up and create a simple site without any skills. I also liked that I can pay with Paypal. I took the monthly payment because I didn't want to be tied to a long-term commitment, so it is a little more expensive but it's one of the reason I chose HostClear because most will require at least 3 to 6 months commitment and it is still more expensive than the cheap advertised price but for 24 months (to be paid in full!), so paying motnhly is best for me that way I do not have to pay any big amount upfront.
