General
Omnis Network has been hosting since 1999 out of their data center in Chicago. Today they are serving over 200,000 accounts.
User experience
Our Omnis test site showed to be very responsive.

We were able to perform 5 simultaneous FTP transfers, which is excellent and makes site maintenance very fast.
Omnis uses a proprietary control panel. We found it to be easier to use, in most scenarios, than the industry standard cPanel. Many operations could be accomplished with less clicks and uncertainty than with cPanel, especially database setup operations.
Customer satisfaction
Based on customer feedback the most appreciated fact about Omnis is the speed of their servers.

Omnis Network has the best customer support ever!!! I was having problems with my old hosting company (Bluehost), and was shopping around for a new one to move to. I talked to the sales group at Omnis and asked told them about my issues with Bluehost. They let me talk to their tech support group and actually diagnosed what was wrong. That was all I needed. I moved my site over to Omnis and haven’t had any trouble. Big thanks to Omnis. As long as I have my site up, it will be with Omnis.
Excellent customer service. I am a bit of a newbie when setting up my online business. Had to call tech support several times to set up my account. Tech support is very knowledgeable and great problem solvers. Servers are fast and up-time has never been a problem.
