This is NOT a UK based hosting company.
The email support is a joke, if, and that’s a big IF, they reply, they do not answer your query.
The live chat is not much better, the operatives have little understanding and even worse English.

Been with JustHost for over 5 years. Manage 3 separate accounts with 6 domains, and 10 websites. In the last 5 months, every one of the websites I manage have been hit with long term DDoS attacks of over 5 days each. In addition, each hosting account has had outages including server malfunctions, database corruptions, and direct account server login failures! I made the last complaint tonight and now am planing my moves. It’s not going to be easy but I am not about to stake my reputation on them. Seems like a long term customer would be valued but now I don’t feel obligated to recommend anything about them.

I heard some bad reviews about my original domain host, so I decided to transfer my domain names to JustHost last year. I was chomping at the bit to get my website started, and I waited and waited for the transfer, which still hadnt happened after several days. So I decided to cancel the account, which was an absolute nightmare. I had to get customer service to do it, and they billed me, then credited me, then billed me again. I had to get my credit card company involved to get them to refund my money. This was over a year ago. So now I get two charges on my credit card from them, which turn out to be “additional services” that are, of course, automatically renewable unless you specifically cancel each of them individually. One of them was SiteLock “Domain Security” for $19.99, and the other was “Search Engine Jumpstart” from SEO Gear. These services are also non-refundable as soon as they are billed, of course, because they are “partners,” and thus JustHost has no control over them. Right. I was very clear last year about wanting to cancel everything, and somehow I still ended up on the hook for these services. I find Just Host’s practices to be very deceptive, and once they get your money it is very hard to get it back, so I would be very hesitant to do any business with them whatsoever.

I give 2 stars as their service has been good. For me, the deceptive practices are the problem. I started out with $2.99/mo rate, and then it jumped up to $9.99/mo and auto-renewed on Thanksgiving. Now that is just wrong. And while they all may do the same, its not an acceptable excuse. So I’m switching to another company. Its a pain to switch, but they leave me no choice!

Just Host was my first-ever web host for my online business.
I read a few reviews about some other companies and thought to myself “this going to be a catastrophe” since I didn’t have as much experience then as I do now.
Anyway, Just Host has been absolutely great as a host…all support e-mails are answered quickly and they help whenever needed.
Everything is unlimited, which is awesome and you can host as many accounts as you want from your admin (I currently have 3 domains on my account).
Bottom line is this-if you want trouble-free hosting with unlimited everything then Just Host is where you need to sign up at.

i’ve tried a few hosts and was pleasantly surprised that online chat help was so quick on several occasions. I hear good things about other hosts but from prior experience the customer service can be a nightmare. this alone is perhaps worth the high rating. I’m not a techie but seems to offer everything I need and more. really have to dig to find anything wrong with them.

Fantastic site, never been down since we joined them. Very helpful support people, they will hear all your queries with patience and will guide you thoroughly till it is solved. We went from a single website to around 20 sites so far as our business grew over the last year. Control panel is very easy and very helpful in managing all our sites. All features are great, very easy to upload files and setup databases etc. recommended highly!
