We have used Eukhost for hosting our VPS since about 2007. They have been very good, with uptime every year far better than the Webfusion server we also use.

I also strongly recommend them for the 24-hour online chat support. It is often possible (although not every time) to speak to real tech support who actually can help, and are willing to give a lot of advice to those who perhaps are not 100% confident with command line voodoo, including actually working on your server. Other companies don’t all do this, or charge extra for it.

Eukhost is terrible. Eukhost is scam. They are another rip-off company. Pre-sales customer support is good. But, the havoc begins once you have made the payment. Lousy customer service and damn slow. Refunds go into deafened ears. Account cancellation will take ages.

Never trust Eukhost.

I contacted EUK on 6th March 2012 and paid for a Windows Gold service on the same day. I don’t know what they think 3 to 7 days means, it is now the 5th April and I am in the AWFUL SITUATION of being disconnected from my original ISP and canot access EUK Control Panel or use my prefered Ipswitgh FTP programme for transfer.
I have a very active web site but no FTP facilities.

Yes, I too agree about other critical comments given in the favor of the quality web hosting services provided by this firm. Today, it is tough to find result-orientated web hosting service company as everyone claims to be the best.

I have been with them since November 2005, fantastic service and uptime to match i have recommended all to this service with no disapointment, support is quick and reliable as well.

A good hosting company, customer service is great. Although i have had a few downtimes they have always fixed issues quickly.

I am considering whether to stick with them and upgrade to VPS or go elsewhere, could be a huge mistake… ermmm

I was with EUKhost for a while and moved elsewhere for whatever reason I don’t recall. I am planning to go back to them because their customer response is excellent. Especially with their live chat. I write this as I am sitting in the UK and waiting for our collonial cousins at Hostmonster to wake up and answer my support ticket. Grrrr.
Highly recommended and the prices are fair. Packages offered are good too. Full cpanel access and all the goodies you would expect.
