You can create a new user by clicking the "Add User" button on the User List.
To create a new user you will need to fill out at least:
- The Main User Group of the new user
- The User Level of the new user
- The email address of the new user
- The Account Status of the new user
- The login to use for the new user
- An initial password for the new user
The other fields are optional.
All fields shown after the Password panel are Custom User Fields that depend on your configuration.
