If you can't activate your account on this site (especially on the forums), or retrieve a lost password, be aware the software always sends you the email it says it sends.

If you haven't received the email, there can be 3 reasons:

  • Most of the time, the email has been falsely identified as spam by your spam filter. Search your spam folder for any email coming from b2evo-noreply@b2evolution.net. To prevent our emails from going to your spam folder, add b2evo-noreply@b2evolution.net to your address book.
  • The average delay for receiving the email is 3 seconds. Sometimes, however, your email server can be just slow (Yahoo mail or Hotmail for example). In that case, all you can do is wait. The maximum delay we have ever seen is 24 hours. However, you should definitely check your spam folder.
  • You may have entered a wrong email address. That happens to the best of us! You can check and enter a new email when you request a new activation email.
