Edit past posts/remove old URLs?

I've previously posted links to my websites when asking for help on something - but I no longer have these sites and want to delete/edit the posts where my sites were mentioned. I know there's no way for me to edit my past posts, but am wondering if an admin or moderator could do it for me. I can provide a list of previous comments where the links were mentioned if it helps.

@fredsy yes, a list of links to those comments would be helpful. A list of the domains may help as well, because you have sent more than 60 posts and 250 comments, so check them one by one... XX(
