Permissions in User Edit Screen

This would be great to add to make it easier to manage lots of users/blogs.

When editing a user (admin/b2users.php?user=#), if the current user is an admin, add a set of checkboxes for each blog, specifying what they can do in that blog.

Let's say that you have 20 users and 20 blogs. If you add a new user, you have to go through each blog and set up what they can/can't do. Much easier to do all on one screen.

yes, that's the other side of the blog-users relationship. It's just twice as much work to do it there too. That's why. Any volunteer?
